Tearful eye (B, 6B, black and white coloured pencils, white highlight pen). I wanted to show a wet surface to the surface of the eyeball so I added more highlights and reflections. I gave the eyelid more thickness and lengthened the lashes.

A shocked eye and a tired eye: Created with pencil, charcoal, black pencil, white pencil and white highlight pen. To the right, are eyes that I drew with pencil, blur stick, black and white pencil and white pen. The eyes above were done after studying a tutorial online. To the right are eyes before I studied the tutorial.

My sketch of a man's hand (black charcoal pencil, 3B pencil) after an online tutorial. My two sketch book pages below show my sketches of hands that I created before taking the tutorial where I learned more about anatomy.

To the left: A sketch of a foot (4B, 8B) from the book, Art of Fundamentals. I used charcoal and pencil varying the pencil strokes to capture the many planes of the foot. However, I didn't like the look of this foot and thought it was a little unrealistic.

Below: A sketch of my own foot using pencils (HB, 4B pencils, black pencil). I prefer the look of this drawing.
